dr. Balázs Czudar
Founding partner and lead lawyer of the firm. Extensive experience spanning EU legal harmonisation, sector-specific regulation, and financial and executive roles. Outstanding track record in international investment transactions, strategic capital investments, real-estate deals, corporate acquisitions and complex contractual structures. Current professional focus: the legal aspects of blockchain technology and artificial intelligence.

dr. Domokos Simon
Joined the firm in 2023. Graduated from Eötvös Loránd University in 2003, earned a postgraduate degree in EU law from the University of Pécs in 2006, passed the bar exam in 2008 and qualified as an energy-management specialist in 2011. Has analysed EU competition and internal-market regulation and contributed to sectoral economic regulation. Significant experience in the right to informational self-determination and data protection.

dr. Anna Lőrincz-Csiri
Graduated cum laude from Pázmány Péter Catholic University in 2020. Joined the firm as a trainee lawyer in 2021 and passed the bar exam in 2025. Has developed strong expertise in corporate law, receivables management and enforcement law, as well as in immigration and residency proceedings.
